Will Juncosa first started playing violin at age 7 in a public school orchestra and has played in orchestras and chamber music groups ever since. He studied independently with Stanley Plummer at UC Los Angeles, Susan Brown at Cabrillo College, Heichiro Ohyama at UC Santa Cruz, Claire Kroyt (of Budapest Quartet fame), and many other substantial violinists and violists. He has also participated in numerous summer chamber music programs as a student as well as a teacher.
